Services

IT Services offers a wide range of facilities and support services to the University and these are listed in our Service Catalogue. The range of services offered is agreed annually with the Advisory Group for IT Services, which comprises representatives of all Faculties and Directorates and meets termly.

ITS Help is the first point of contact for all service requests, fault reports, computing queries and student training bookings.

Our services are divided into five broad types::

• Communications Infrastructure Services

• Core Information Systems

• Basic Support Services

• Specialised Support Services targeted at particular client groups

• Additional Support Services may also be available to Schools and Directorates on a cross-charged basis
